Course schedule - Description of Courses

Our course program is designed so that every participant should find himself or herself in a course again.

It may happen that we need to change the group assignment during the week of the course in order to guarantee the highest new expertise. We want to achieve the best possible group assignment to ensure a similar ability level in the group.

Kitecity - Beginners Course

Previous knowledge:
None

Course "Kitecity":
6 days of intensive training, approximately 5 hours per day including material (kite, board and harness, without shoes and wetsuit), event T-Shirt

What you will learn:
Basic theoretical knowledge about kite boarding and materials, getting ready, start flying, landing, wind window exploration, body drag on all courses, launch the kite out of the water, various security systems and water start and going downwind.

Kitecity - Intermediate Course

Previous knowledge:

  • You have done at least a 2-day course!
  • You can already start, fly, steer and land the kite safely?
  • You are in the water start and have already completed the first meters on the board?

Course "Kitecity":
6 days of intensive training, approximately 5 hours per day, including materials (kite, board and harness without shoes and wetsuit), event T-Shirt

What you will learn:
Extend your theoretical knowledge, learn a safe water start and going downwind, keep position to the wind and going upwind, change the direction, testing different boards and kites, get to know various safety systems.

Kitecity - Advanced Course

Prerequisites:

  • You can safely keep the position to the wind and going upwind
  • You have basic theoretical knowledge
  • You can change the direction

Course "Kitecity":
6 days of intensive training, approximately 5 hours per day, including material. (Kite, board and harness, without shoes and wetsuit), event T-Shirt

What you will learn:
Various safety systems and material testing, theoretical foundations, basic and carved jibes, basic jumps, transition jumps, rotations, kite loop, Grabs, One Foot, Board Off, Railey
Important: In the F-course learning objectives are individually developed and trained.
